The Beacon Hotel

LOCATION: Beacon, New York

DETAILS: The Beacon Hotel is a renovation of a 19th century hotel in Beacon, NY. The building has continuously served as temporary lodging since 1877, the oldest in Beacon.

In Phase 1, the existing historic brick structure has been reconfigured for 12 hotel rooms, with a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. The historic brick facade has been restored, and a new accessible bar and restaurant occupies the ground floor in the spirit of the historic building

In Phase 2, the adjacent wood frame structure will be replaced by an addition to the original hotel.
