LOCATION: Beacon, New York
DETAILS: The Roundhouse at Beacon Falls is located on approximately 9 acres along both sides of the Fishkill Creek on a former 19th century industrial site . The project consists of the renovation and adaptive re-use of a number of existing historical buildings, as well as the new construction of residential buildings designed to fit into their historical surroundings. In addition, the former Power House will be re-constructed to provide hydro-electric power to the site.
